Must Know
- Bring a valid ID for proof of age
- Dogs are not allowed, except guide dogs
- Some attractions have age and height restrictions
- Lockers are available onsite
- One entry per park
- Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over
Good to Know
- Admission to the attractions or slides is restricted by age and height requirements. Please check the height and age guidelines located at the rides
- Proper swimwear is required on all attractions at LEGOLAND Water Park
- As per the guidelines from the Ministry of Health, all guests 18 years and above need to have a fully vaccinated status
- All tickets and bookings are non-refundable due to bad weather conditions

- LEGOLAND Malaysia Water Park will be closed on 5 Sept 2026 due to a private event. The Theme Park, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and LEGOLAND Hotel will remain open

- Please present a mobile voucher at Ticket Counter 1 in exchange for the admission ticket
- The 2-day ticket is valid for use on two consecutive days only

- Tricycles, rollerblades and kickboards are not allowed
- Due to Malaysia’s tropical climate, thunderstorms can occur, usually in the afternoon. Therefore we advise you to arrive early
